Jamestown, NC – Bob Harrington Associates is pleased to announce the successful completion of an executive search for North State Flexibles with the placement of Donna Carr, PHR, as Director, Human Resources effective April 2, 2007.
North State Flexibles, headquartered in Greensboro, NC is a privately held manufacturer of flexible packaging solutions for maximum point-of-purchase impact. They specialize in high-impact prepress graphic development, state-of-the-art flexographic printing, environmentally friendly laminating and custom converting of various film materials into an array of exciting pouch, bag, sleeve and roll products.
Donna Carr, PHR, joins North State Flexibles from PBM Graphics, a privately held commercial printer where she was the Human Resources Manager. Previously, she had roles of increasing responsibility leading to Human Resource Manager at ITW Ramset/Red Head. Donna has a BA degree in business and is PHR certified.
Bob Harrington Associates has been in the executive search business since 1994 and specializes in the printing and packaging industries.
